3 Good Things

A couple of months ago, I’d have really struggled to identify even 1 good thing from each day, so bleak was my mood. But in the last few days, as I’ve ‘tasked’ myself with this to boost confidence as much as positive thinking, I’m having to edit down to just 3! And while yesterday was Mother’s Day so the boys rose to the occasion, providing me with all 3 Good Things for my first post, I realise that in fact it’s not the ‘what’ so much as the ‘how’ – how those things are experienced, and that comes from me. Of course!
